Application fee per applicant: $55.00
Holding Deposit due at application: $100
Additional Deposit range (based on credit, due at move-in): $200-$1400
Guarantor Application Fee: $55
Pet Deposit: $300.00 per pet, a maximum of 2
Monthly pet fee: $50.00 per pet, a maximum of 2
Storage units: $50.00
Carports: $35.00
Garages: $150.00-180.00
Refundable Garage Remote Deposit: $35
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Water Base: $2.69
Sewer Base: $50.98
Utility Administrative Fee: $5.50 monthly
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
City Excise Tax: $4.84 per month
NSF Fee: $25.00
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $75.00.
Vacaville Excise Tax: $5
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one month's rent if 6 or less months remain in the lease term. A termination fee of two months' rent if more than 6 months remains. A written notice of 30 days must be given.

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $300

Comments: Refundable deposit of $300 per pet due at move-in. Pet rent of $50 a month per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Quinn Crossing Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
